Loans for Primary Residences
Conforming Loan Programs loan amounts between $100,000 to $359,650.

Adjustable Rate Loan Programs mortgages with interest rates that change during the life of the loan according to movements in an index rate.  ARM loans generally have initial below market interest rates in return for the borrower sharing the risk that interest rates may rise during the life of the loan.

Jumbo Loan Programs loan amounts greater than $359,650.

Government Loan Programs mortgages guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).  Loan amounts may vary.  Please contact a loan officer for details.

Generally, the interest rate on lower loan amounts below $100,000 are higher. Please add .125% to the rates for loan amounts below $100,000. Please add .250% to the rate for loan amounts below $50,000. Please contact us to get a specific rate quote.
